Production Technician /Assembler: The primary responsibility of this position is to perform chain assembly on a variety of parts. It also requires the ability to rivet/pre-stress chain based on the blueprint.

  • Responsible for review work order and job scheduling.
  • Responsible for identify and locate proper parts for job order. Responsible for use cart, forklift, crane to bring necessary material to assembly area.
  • Responsible for set up machine if needed.
  • Responsible for assembly chain based on blueprint provided
  • Responsible for check production against print using various gauges, micrometers, etc. and inspect production for conformance to specifications.
  • Responsible for perform routine maintenance on all assigned equipment

Job Qualifications Education: High School Diploma Ability for read and understand blue prints. Basic shop math understanding. Proficiency with operating folk lift is a plus Technical knowledge of assigned machines. Ability of using gauges, measuring tools, hand tools, machine Workers are required to lift heavy parts up to 50 pound Flexible on and willing to work on a wide variety of tasks. Effective communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Production Technician /Packing & Shipping: The primary responsibility of this position is to perform receiving, stock keeping, picking, packing and shipping activities. This position is also responsible for managing stock program. This includes taking inventory, or stocking after product is in.

  • Responsible for handling all incoming shipments.
  • Responsible for verification of purchased products and enter order receipts into computer system.
  • Responsible for place received material into proper warehouse location.
  • Responsible for oil chain before packing, and rivet/connect chain if needed.
  • Responsible for pull, pack, weight and label products for shipment. Responsible for prepare bills of landing
  • Responsible for assist in loading the trucks.
  • Responsible for maintain appropriate forms pending return of products.
  • May assist with chain /connect link assembly if needed

Job Qualifications Education: High School Diploma Basic computer and math skills are required. Previous warehouse experience preferred Worker are required to lift heavy package up to 50 pounds. Proficiency with operating folk lift is required Strong work ethic. Possess willingness and flexibility to perform a wide variety of tasks. Effective communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Production Technician /Pin Shearing Operator: Primary Responsibility is to perform pin shearing of different sizes. Responsible for review work order and job scheduling.

  • Responsible for identify and locate proper material for job order.
  • Responsible for use cart, forklift, crane to bring necessary material and tools to machine.
  • Responsible for set and position tooling into machine.
  • Responsible for run and operate machine to check accuracy based on standard procedures.
  • Responsible for check production against print using various gauges, micrometers, etc. and inspect production for conformance to specifications.
  • Responsible for perform routine maintenance on all assigned equipment.

Job Qualifications. Education: High School Diploma. Experience operating machines is required. Ability for read and understand blue prints. Basic shop math understanding. Production Planner/Plant Supervisor/Customer Support : Primary Responsibility The primary responsibility of this position is to create and execute the production planning to meet customer demand within the constraints of the capacity plan. It also needs to direct the shop staff in executing planned scheduling, training, and in support of operation and maintenance activities in the plant. This position is also responsible for prompt communication of changes in delivery schedule to the customers. Acts as a liaison between customer, product manager, and sales in supporting the sales force with the timely management of sales orders and back orders.

  • Responsible for order entry into DBA system, planning, and scheduling of manufacture jobs.
  • Responsible for allocating material for jobs, tracking material usage, and ordering materials.
  • Responsible for overseeing/reviewing issues/factors that may affect schedules.
  • Responsible for tracking job in process and closing finished jobs.
  • Responsible for tracking labor, inventory quantity/location to provide accurate information in system.
  • Responsible for maintaining ISO 9000 Quality System by tracking and updating records for key processes including gage calibration, disposition of non-conforming materials, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for monitoring shop activities and allocating the resource for jobs.
  • Responsible for reviewing product line workload and identifying the area with concerns.

Job Qualifications Education: Associate Degree (AA/AS) is required. Bachelor' s degree preferred. Experience: At least 3 years planning experience in manufacturing environment with supervising skill. Proficiency with MS Office tool, any software related with data entry Excellent verbal and written communication. Experience with standard production procedures, ISO 9000 Quality System is a plus. Experience with database, logistics. Experience with inventory control desired. Ability to learn about and understand various manufacturing and assembly process is critical. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field, prior experience in machining or metal working factory environment preferred.
